We are Trash The Hotel, a band originating in Ocean County, New Jersey. We write original alternate / rock songs. We have been playing songs since 2023, previous under the name The Afterthoughts, and have been writing songs together since the beginning. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cut most of our plans for the year 2025, but now it’s 2026, and we’re gonna release THE album. Guaranteed. Probably. Frankee Ortiz
Vocals / Guitar

Frankee Ortiz is our lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist, and he also is the lead songwriter. Outside of the band, Frankee is studying to be a live sound engineer. His favorite of the band’s songs is Deathwish.

Molly Cogar, although being our bassist, specializes in singing and playing acoustic guitar on her own. She commonly plays at the Tuckerton Porchfest, or other open mics in that area. Her favorite of the band’s songs is The Bottom Line.

Meredith Westfall
Guitar

Meredith Westfall is our lead guitarist. She works with the radio station at Stockton and hosts many music events, both at Stockton and on her own. Her favorite of the band’s songs is The Local.

Jake Feather is our drummer. He really is the heartthrob of the group. He co-writes most of the band’s songs, and sometimes writes his own. His favorite of the band’s songs is Unconditional (He wrote that one).
